Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return. This period begins on the date the last item of the order is delivered.
To be eligible, all items must meet the following conditions at the time of return: unworn and in perfect condition, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Once you receive our confirmation email with shipping instructions, you will have 5 business days to send the items back to us. If the package is not sent within this period, your request will be automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES
You may request an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchanges for a different style are not accepted.

Free return pickup applies once per order. If a second exchange is needed, shipping costs in both directions will be at the customer's expense.
How to request an exchange — Spain & EU
- Contact us: email us at hola@labrisa.cc with the item you wish to exchange and the one you'd like instead.
- Pack your item: you may use the original packaging or any other secure alternative.
- We handle the rest: we will arrange collection from your address (where applicable) and, once the item has been received and verified, send out your new one.
How to request an exchange — International (outside the EU)
Please send the package to our facilities using any courier of your choice. Once received, we will dispatch your new item. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, both for the return shipment and the delivery of the new item.

How to request a return
- Contact us: email hola@labrisa.cc with your order number and reason for return.

- Ship it back to our facilities. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
International returns (outside the EU)
Send the package to our facilities using any courier of your choice. All customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at hola@labrisa.cc. The sooner you get in touch, the sooner we can find a solution.
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include in your message: your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect or damage where possible.
Once we have assessed the situation, we will offer you a personalised solution. In these cases, all return shipping costs are covered by LABRISA.
Late claims
Claims received after 5 calendar days from delivery will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. LABRISA reserves the right to accept or decline them depending on the circumstances.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale period may be returned in exchange for:
- A LABRISA store credit voucher, valid for online purchases only, for one year from the date of issue.
- A size exchange for the same item, subject to availability.
Monetary refunds are not available on sale items.
In both cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The value of the voucher or exchange will correspond to the price paid at the time of purchase.
Black Friday & Christmas campaign
For orders placed during Black Friday or the Christmas campaign (up to 6 January), the deadline to request exchanges and returns is extended to 10 January. Return conditions remain the same as for other sale items.
Requests received after 10 January for these orders cannot be accepted.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable under any circumstances.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether it has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You may choose to receive it as:
- A refund to your original payment method
- A LABRISA store credit voucher, valid for online purchases for one year from the date of issue
Please note that once processed on our end, your bank or card issuer may require a few additional days to reflect the amount in your account.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed and you have not received it, please contact us at hola@labrisa.cc.
CANCELLATIONS (EU CUSTOMERS)
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it at any time by contacting us at hola@labrisa.cc or through your customer account. Once the cancellation has been confirmed, we will process a full refund within a maximum period of 14 days.
