Shipping policy

Once you have placed an order with us, our warehouse team will handpick your items, pack them in our fully recycled and recyclable packaging, and make sure they reach you as soon as possible.

Spain (peninsula and Baleares) and Portugal (peninsula)

Standard Delivery

• Cost: €4.99, or free on orders above €50.

• Time: 2-4 business days.

• Courier: Orders are sent via Seur. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, which will contain a tracking link.

Express Delivery

• Cost: €7.99, or €1.99 on orders over €200.

• Time: Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.

• Courier: Orders are sent via Seur Express. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking link.

• Note: If you are ordering on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday.

Canary Island, Ceuta y Melilla

• Standard: €29.99, or free on orders over €200. (Delivery time: 2–5 days). IGIC and customs clearance fees (DUA) are not included. These charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

• Orders are shipped via Seur. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

• If the customer refuses to pay these charges and requests a return, LABRISA will refund the value of the items, minus the shipping costs and the return fees.

International Shipping

Within the European Union- Zone A
Germany, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, and Poland.

• Standard: €9.99, or free on orders over €100. (Delivery time: 2–5 days)

• Express: €25, or €15 on orders over €150. (Delivery time: 2-4 days)

• All duties and taxes are paid for at checkout, meaning no nasty surprises upon delivery.

• Orders are shipped via Seur International. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Within the European Union- Zone B
Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Switzerland and Finland.

• Standard: €19.99, or free on orders over €150. (Delivery time: 6–8 days)

• Express: €25, or €15 on orders over €150. (Delivery time: 6-7 days)

Within the European Union- Zone C
Norway, Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro

• Standard: free on orders over €250. (Delivery time: 6–8 days)

• Express: €30, or €20 on orders over €150. (Delivery time: 5-6 days)

• All duties and taxes are paid for at checkout, meaning no nasty surprises upon delivery.

• Orders are shipped via Seur International. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Outside the European Union

United Kingdom

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

• Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and must be paid by the customer.
